Coffee Talk – Stone Harbor, NJ

Something interesting

I was fortunate to be on vacation last week, had a great time with my family at our favorite Jersey shore.

I noticed something very interesting to me, people at the beach are much more personable, during my morning walks for coffee, almost everyone… walkers, runners and bicyclers all made eye-contact and said hello, good morning or something just generally welcoming. Fast forward to being home on Monday, as I passed 2 different people on my way to a Starbucks, it seams like people actually went out-of-their-way not to make eye-contact or say hello, similar yesterday on my way into a WAWA for a coffee. Why is that?
